As in the beginning, countertops are our bread and butter. All countertops are fabricated in our Greenwood facility by our trained staff. By having our employees perform the work from start to finish, including installation, instead of using an outside source, there are no problems with the fit and finish of the final product. All countertops are hand edged and hand polished and all seams are matched and polished together in our shop before transport. All is done by our employees, so we can control the quality that has become our trademark.
What's Available?
At Favara Kitchen & Bath we feel that the ultimate countertop material is granite. Its durability, its depth of color, and its usability are unmatched; however, in today's world we realize that we have to be more flexible. New for the 2006 season is the Caesar Stone & Techni Stone lines of quartz slab material. We feel that these are the best quartz slabs on the market and complement our great selection of over 60 granite and 40 marbles. As always we also carry the basics, such as Formica brand laminate, and butcher block tops. Also new is our Lyptus wood butcher block tops. These tops can be used for the entire kitchen or just to accent an island or bar top.
How's it Work?
All estimates are free of charge. For new construction, we can give you a price from your kitchen plans or architectural drawings. For remodels, we will come by your home and measure your existing countertops to give you an exact price. It's just that easy. From there we make wood templates of your cabinet layout. With your approval of the hand picked slabs, the cutting will begin. Remember, with all remodels, we will not remove your old tops until the new tops are fabricated and on your property. This means that you will not be without a kitchen for more than a day. When we're through, we suggest a licensed plumber to reconnect the drain and faucet to ensure years of trouble free use.
